Vitamin E protects against the drying effect of the sun and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. It is known as a powerful antioxidant which protects against free radical damage from the sun and environmental pollutants. Added to lotions, Vitamin E is thought to soak into the epidermis layer of the skin, thus protecting the skin from ultra violet light damage and enhancing the effectiveness of sunscreens.*
Grape Seed Extract is a powerful antioxidant which helps prevent the signs of aging. In skin care, Grape Seed Extract is believed to help protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation damage, which can lead to prematurely aged skin and skin cancer. It contains polyphenols, which bond to collagen and act as free radical scavengers. Grape Seed Extract is also thought to stabilize collagen and elastin, which in turn improves the firmness and elasticity of skin.*
Pomegranate Extract contains antioxidant-rich Ellagic acid and polyphenols. Ellagic acid is a powerful free radical scavenger and is thought to strengthen the cell membrane, making it less susceptible to free radical damage. In skin care, Pomegranate Extract has been used for sun damage protection, sun damage reduction, wound healing support, and collagen production. It is believed to support healthy skin tone and texture and help reduce the signs of aging.* Suggested use: Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed skin 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after prolonged swimming, excessive perspiration, or bathing/washing.
